Invoice ASAP is committed to protecting your information while delivering fast, reliable invoicing from the web and upcoming iOS application. This policy describes the data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect basic account details such as name, company, email, and billing information when you create or manage an Invoice ASAP account.
The mobile app stores customer contacts, invoices, estimates, payments, and attachments you upload. Device analytics such as crash logs and usage patterns help us monitor performance and improve the experience.
We do not collect mobile device photos, contacts, or location data unless you choose to attach that content to an invoice or support request.
How we use your data
Core account data keeps your subscription active, enables customer billing, and allows us to respond to support inquiries.
Invoice content, customer records, and payment history are used only to deliver product features you initiate, including syncing between the web and mobile apps.
Aggregated analytics inform product decisions, troubleshoot issues, and secure the platform. We never sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain account information while you maintain an active subscription. At your request we can delete or export customer records, invoices, and files, subject to data retention obligations for financial reporting.
Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically redundant locations. When you close your account we delete primary records within 30 days unless you ask us to retain them longer for compliance.
Security
Invoice ASAP uses industry standard encryption in transit and at rest. We limit employee access to customer data and require strong authentication for internal tools.
If a security incident ever impacts your account we will notify you promptly with details and remediation steps.
Your choices
Update account, billing, and notification settings through the web dashboard or by contacting khayal.hassanieh2@gmail.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing our support team. We respond within 30 days.
Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message. Transactional emails related to invoices or system alerts will still be delivered.
Data processors
We work with trusted service providers for secure payment processing, analytics, error reporting, and customer communications. Each provider is bound by confidentiality obligations and only processes data on our behalf.
