Frequently asked questions
How can I get a refund through Apple?
All purchases made through the Invoice ASAP iOS app are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple will review and respond according to their refund policy.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple through the App Store. Invoice ASAP does not collect or store your payment information. Your credit card details, billing address, and payment history are securely managed by Apple.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select Invoice ASAP, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
