Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 1, 2024
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Invoice ASAP across the web dashboard and upcoming iOS application. By using the service you agree to the responsibilities, commitments, and limitations outlined below.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an Invoice ASAP account or downloading the Invoice ASAP mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at khayal.hassanieh2@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime across the web dashboard and mobile app. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
We may modify features or discontinue services with reasonable notice. If we end a paid plan, we will provide a prorated refund of prepaid fees.
In-App Purchases and Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions made through the Invoice ASAP iOS application are processed by Apple via your Apple ID account. By completing a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms of sale, including payment, billing, and applicable taxes.
Invoice ASAP does not collect or store your payment information. Apple manages all billing, renewals, and cancellations on your behalf.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS device settings under 'App Store' > 'Apple ID' > 'Subscriptions.'
Refunds for purchases or subscriptions made through the App Store are governed solely by Apple's refund policies. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple via the App Store or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If we discontinue a paid plan, and your subscription was purchased outside the App Store (e.g., through our web dashboard), we will provide a prorated refund of prepaid fees. For App Store purchases, Apple's refund process applies.
Customer content
You retain ownership of invoices, attachments, customer information, and other content you upload. You grant Invoice ASAP a limited license to use that content only to operate and improve the service.
Do not upload content that violates applicable law or infringes third party rights. We may remove content or suspend access if it breaches this requirement.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Invoice ASAP systems.
Use the service only for legal business purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting khayal.hassanieh2@gmail.com. We will disable access at the end of your current billing period unless you request an earlier date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. If termination occurs for cause, refunds are not provided.
Limitation of liability
Invoice ASAP is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Invoice ASAP during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If updates are material we will provide notice through the app or email and specify the effective date.
Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to khayal.hassanieh2@gmail.com or +96170512896.
If you are a reseller, partner, or enterprise customer, additional terms may apply under your agreement. When conflicts arise, those agreements take precedence over these standard Terms & Conditions.
